Falling Pixel Download Policy
THIS AGREEMENT SHOULD BE READ BY ALL THOSE WISHING TO USE THE FALLING PIXEL SERVICE. BY SIGNING UP AS A FALLING PIXEL MEMBER YOU ARE AUTOMATICLY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU RENEW THIS AGREEMENT UPON LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND/OR USING ANY OF THE SITES SERVICES. ANY QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TOWARDS THE FALLING PIXEL SUPPORT TEAM VIA THE SUPPORT SECTION OF THE SITE.
Instant downloads
All of our products are available as "instant downloads". At the end of the purchase process the user will receive a confirmation of purchase e-mail. Once received the user will be able to download all associated purchased product files from the Falling Pixel member area. Please read our terms set out in the EULA for information on usage of downloaded products.
Actual speed of download can depend on many factors, including remote server and Internet loads, your Internet connection and the performance of your computer. In cases of excessive file size (1GB+) and you are unable to complete a download successfully, then please visit http://support.turbosquid.com and we will deliver your purchase as a physical product (Extra costs may be applied).
Response time
After you have purchased from us we will always try to respond as soon as possible. Sometimes this can be within a couple of minutes (even at weekends!). Please bear in mind that occasionally payment notification emails can get delayed, within our own payment systems or from the PayPal payments service. If you purchase a product with an instant download then you should receive the notification email from Falling Pixel or PayPal within five minutes.
